The myLeister app extends the capabilities of Leister devices by providing interactive features that transform them into intelligent tools, offering ongoing value through continuous updates and improvements.

Device Management

• Register all Leister equipment purchased after January 2012* to gain a comprehensive overview of your device fleet. This registration supports efficient management and tracking of your tools.
• Connect compatible Leister devices to access advanced functionalities such as Live View, LQS, or My Recipes.
• Assign unique inventory numbers to each device or adjust the default settings of connectable units via your mobile device, available in 14 different languages for user convenience.

Real-Time Monitoring with LiveView

Monitor the status of your connected Leister device live on your mobile device during operation, enabling better oversight and control throughout the welding process.

Recipe Management

• Access a library of test welding recipes, including specific parameters tailored for nearly every Leister device*.
• Create and manage your own recipes for connectable devices, with the ability to send these recipes across multiple units of the same type.

*Availability varies; excludes civil engineering applications.

NFC Functionality

Utilize NFC (Near Field Communication) to transfer basic settings seamlessly from one Leister device to another*. This feature is limited to Leister-SOLANO devices and is not supported on iOS devices due to system constraints.

Leister Quality System (LQS)

During welding operations, record critical parameters for quality assessment. Export detailed PDF reports or share via email to ensure documentation and quality assurance processes are maintained.

Additional Tools for Enhanced Efficiency

• Power Cord Checker: Determine optimal cable length and cross-section to minimize operational disturbances and improve reliability.
• Unit Converter: Quickly convert measurements such as Celsius to Fahrenheit or Kelvin, or Newton to pound-force, supporting various calculation needs.
• Process Heat Formulas: Access relevant formulas that assist in selecting the appropriate air heater or blower for specific applications.

Demo Mode Support

Evaluate the app’s extensive features before registration through an integrated demo mode. Enable demo data within settings to explore functionalities without immediate registration.

Customization of User Experience

• Personalize the main menu by selecting which icons are displayed or hidden according to your workflow preferences.

The full functionality of the myLeister app requires a device running software version 2.06 or higher.
